Job summary

Behavioral Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Peer Specialist to join the ACCS team. The role focuses on orienting individuals to peer support services and helping develop WRAP or other wellness plans.

You will work as part of a collaborative team, sharing knowledge to assist clients while ensuring timely documentation. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and at least six months in human services preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle available for all working hours required.
• Minimum of six months' experience in human services preferred.
• Demonstrates a willingness to update professional experience.
• Maintains job effectiveness under changing conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet new individuals to orient them to peer support services.
• Help individuals develop WRAP or other wellness and recovery plans.
• Act as part of a team, sharing knowledge and experience with all team members in order to assist individuals served while working collaboratively with colleagues.
• Complete contact notes in a timely fashion.
