  • Must maintain certification in good standing.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license required.
  • Ability to work under stress and with a diverse client population.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, orient, and train supervised employees; monitor job duties.
  • Process payroll and time cards; monitor overtime and staff coverage.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions.
  • Coordinate on-the-job training and safety training for new staff.
  • Ensure staffing coverage and maintain PRS schedules; audit readiness.
