Qualifications

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• OMHAS Peer Recovery Supporter certification required.
• Two years of peer services in behavioral health or clinician licenses listed required.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license required.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work under stress and with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Orient, train, and monitor supervised employees in job duties.
• Process payroll and timecards for supervised staff and manage overtime coverage.
• Conduct performance evaluations and handle disciplinary actions per policy.
• Coordinate on-the-job training and safety training for new staff.
• Maintain staffing coverage and schedule postings for PRS staff.
• Ensure facility is audit-ready and documentation is compliant.
• Enter data into CCIS and review PRS documentation for accuracy.
• Provide direct client service as needed and maintain Community Resource Center on site.
