The starting salary is $37,500 annually, with a focus on trauma-informed care and community-based services. Based in Warren, NJ, the position supports parents and caregivers and requires commitment to recovery,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• Knowledge of addictions preferred.
• Minimum 2 continuous years of sustained recovery.

Responsibilities

• Reinforces and guides families toward recovery using their strengths and resources.
• Help caregivers gain skills and resources to start and maintain recovery.
• Create a supportive social and physical recovery environment.
• Encourage involvement in recovery communities.
• Assist in developing Recovery Plans with measurable goals and barriers.
• Attend Family Team Meetings and participate in case consultations.
