Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain CRSS certification within 12 months of employment.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist adults in engaging in treatment and building resilience.
• Serve on the Mobile Crisis Response Team with a Crisis Counselor.
• Provide compassionate engagement and linkage to services.
• Advocate for individuals’ rights and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
