• Model ethical boundaries between peer and supervisor and protect confidentiality.
• Evaluate and provide feedback to ensure peers help clients meet goals.
• Support core values of peer support and maintain productive working relationships.
• Monitor staff documentation and assist with outreach scheduling and data collection.
