Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital of Baltimore is seeking a Peer Recovery Coach to provide non-clinical support to patients pursuing treatment for alcohol or drug dependency. You will collaborate with the care team to motivate patients and help develop service plans to promote successful linkage to treatment options.

Candidates must be actively in recovery with at least three years of sustained abstinence; one year of related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be actively in recovery with at least 3 years of sobriety.
• 1 year of related experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-clinical peer support to patients pursuing treatment.
• Assist in completing referrals and developing service plans.
• Work with the care team to promote linkage to treatment services.
