Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Peer Recovery Support Specialist per ODMHSAS standards.
• Experience in mental health and substance use recovery preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse individuals and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery support services in home and community settings.
• Assist Integrated Care Team by assessing needs and coordinating care.
• Complete agency documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in huddles, care and discharge planning, and meetings.
• Promote recovery and crisis stabilization through role modeling.
