You will document services in the electronic health record, provide crisis intervention, and advocate for patients and their networks while applying recovery-centered care for diverse populations.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active and unencumbered peer recovery certification: CPSP, CPRC or NCPRSS.
• If mobile crisis service area applies, 1 year of peer recovery services experience and credentialing plan for CPRC- awarded certificates.
• Must meet population-specific competencies for role and service areas.

• Assist clients in accessing recovery-oriented treatment and community supports.
• Provide peer recovery services across homes, community, and clinical settings.
• Coordinate with clinical team to assess needs and set goals.
• Document services in the electronic health record.
• Offer crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.
