Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• If BA in Social Work, must hold an LBSW in Indiana.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provides skills training and development to clients in group and individual settings.
• Performs client assessments and revises treatment plans with the treatment team.
• Advocates for clients to access needed services and community resources.
• Maintains documentation and billing procedures accurately and timely.
• Provides crisis management and emergency interventions including CPR as needed.
