Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active and unencumbered peer recovery certification required: CPSP, CPRC or CPRS.
• Strong communication and advocacy skills for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accessing recovery-oriented treatment and supports.
• Bridge fragmented services across community, clinical and social settings.
• Provide peer recovery services in homes, community or clinical environments.
• Document services in the electronic health record with accuracy.
