Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active and unencumbered peer recovery certification required (CPSP, CPRC-A, CPRC, NCPRSS).
• One year of peer recovery experience preferred in certain service areas.
• Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in accessing recovery-oriented treatment and community supports.
• Provide peer recovery services across multiple settings (home, community, clinics, ED, justice settings).
• Document services accurately in electronic health records.
• Develop rapport and advocate for patients while maintaining professional boundaries.
