Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, DE seeks a full-time Registered Nurse Resident for the 5 West Hematology/Oncology/Transplant and Cellular Therapy Unit. The unit cares for pediatric patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and related conditions; candidates must be a nursing graduate, with BSN preferred, and eligible for Delaware licensure.

Qualifications

• Must be graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• BSN is preferred.
• Eligible for Delaware State license or compact license.
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider certification; PALS within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care as part of an inter-professional team.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy per protocol.
• Maintain competency via internal education and APHON courses.
• Provide care for hematology/oncology and transplant patients.
