Job summary

Nemours Children's Health is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse Resident for the 5 West Hematology/Oncology/Transplant and Cellular Therapy Unit in Wilmington, DE. The role involves a 60-hour pay period with 12-hour night shifts, holiday requirements, and every third weekend.

Flexibility to rotate to other units and clinics is expected. You must graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Eligible for Delaware State license (or compact license).
• Current AHA Healthcare Provider (HCP) Certification.
• PALS must be obtained within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care as part of an inter-professional team.
• Care for pediatric hematology/oncology/transplant patients on an inpatient unit.
• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy with safety and quality in mind.
• Maintain required certifications within one year of hire.
