Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to identify clinical and environmental emergencies and follow established procedures.
• Knowledge of hospital equipment, supply and procedures (highly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with inter-professional staff, patients, families and visitors.
• General office skills, keyboarding and Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Stock items to Pyxis and supply carts.
• Monitor expiration dates on items.
• Ensure patient rooms are stocked with supplies and linens.
• Restock supply rooms.
• Maintain a clean work environment and assist with other duties as assigned.
