Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to identify clinical and environmental emergency/urgent situations and to follow established procedures.
• Knowledge of hospital equipment, supplies and procedures (highly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal communication with inter-professional staff, patients, families and visitors.
• Familiarity with keyboarding and basic Windows applications.

Responsibilities

• Stocking items to Pyxis and supply carts and restocking supply rooms.
• Monitor expiration dates on items and ensure patient rooms are stocked with supplies and linens.
• Maintain a clean work environment and assist with other duties as assigned.
