Job summary

Cobb is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead a team at our Oklahoma pedigree farm. The role focuses on achieving selection targets, maintaining biosecurity and animal welfare, and producing timely reports.

You will mentor staff, monitor work quality, and coordinate with farm operations while adhering to Cobb's biosecurity standards. Minimal domestic travel and a 1st shift schedule are expected.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in the field of expertise.
• Knowledge of farm machinery and operation, water pumps, and wells preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises a team of hourly team members, including lead positions.
• Mentors exempt team members, provides training to non-exempt team members, and coaches on performance.
• Accountable for the quality of results produced by the team.
