Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership or management experience, preferably in home health care.
• Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for the Manchester Skilled Nursing office.
• Support, coach, and develop an experienced team of clinical and operational professionals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional client care while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, recruiting, retention, and overall office operations.
• Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community partners.
• Monitor quality outcomes and implement strategies that enhance client satisfaction and employee engagement.
• Drive office growth while maintaining BAYADA's commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.
