BAYADA Home Health Care in Manchester seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team, delivering compassionate care to pediatric and adult clients while upholding reliability and excellence.

Adorable pediatric client in Keene, evenings and overnight shifts available, after 4p. Includes a $2,000 bonus for 36+ hours per week, and full or part-time scheduling with travel to a local client home and thorough documentation of care.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a valid LPN license.
• Current CPR Certification and good standing license.
• Ability to travel to client homes and document care accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
• Current CPR Certification

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay range: $32-$35 /hour based on clients' acuity
• Flexible scheduling with no minimums (Full-Time, Part-Time)
