Qualifications

• RN license or four-year college degree required.
• Director-level experience leading people, processes, and operations.
• Accountability for KPIs, budgets, and outcomes.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bloomsburg five days/week and travel countywide.
• Healthcare/home health leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the office's clinical and administrative teams.
• Set expectations, promote accountability, and uphold BAYADA Way.
• Oversee operations, budgets, goals, and KPIs.
• Monitor performance and drive quality improvements.
• Ensure survey readiness and regulatory readiness.
• Conduct regular team conversations and operational reviews.
• Grow client census and employee census across the territory.
• Build relationships with clients, referral partners, and community.
