Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Skilled Nursing Director to lead our established team and drive operational excellence in a high-performing home health care office. You will coach clinicians and operations staff, ensure compliant, high-quality client care, manage budgeting and referrals, and foster partnerships with the community while advancing BAYADA's mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of healthcare leadership or management experience, preferably in home health care.
• Skilled Nursing, Home Health, or Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success leading, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Strong operational, financial, and business development skills.
• Knowledge of applicable healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
