Success Education Colleges seeks an Adjunct RN (Pediatrics) Theory Instructor to join our Glendale campus. This on-site role runs Monday from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., delivering pediatrics theory across in-person lectures and hybrid formats using approved LMS tools.

You will develop materials, evaluate student progress, and uphold BRN standards while fostering inclusive learning environments. California RN licensure and MSN required.

Qualifications

• Currently active RN license in California (BRN-compliant).
• MSN degree from regionally accredited institution.
• One year (or equivalent) pediatric RN patient care experience in past five years.
• Course in teaching methodology or willingness to complete within one year.

Responsibilities

• Teach pediatric nursing theory per approved curriculum and outcomes.
• Deliver on-campus, virtual, or hybrid instruction via approved platforms.
• Develop and maintain course materials: syllabi, lesson plans, exams, online content.
• Use LMS for posting materials, grading, and student progress tracking.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and documentation per policies.
• Promote critical thinking and professional practice in nursing.
