Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license issued by the state of California.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Direct patient care experience within the last five years or RN teaching experience in the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Teach didactic and clinical courses, evaluate students and manage course outcomes.
• Design and revise curriculum to meet program learning outcomes.
• Lead as Course Lead, mentor adjunct instructors, and oversee clinical instruction and grading.
• Maintain gradebooks, submit grades on time, and ensure accurate student records.
• Attend department and college governance meetings and participate in scholarly activities.
