Pacific College is seeking a full-time Lead Nursing Instructor for the ADN-RN Pediatrics program in Costa Mesa, CA. The role involves teaching didactic and clinical coursework, curriculum design, and program evaluation, while upholding college values and student success.

You will mentor faculty and adjuncts, manage course outcomes, and participate in committees and governance to advance nursing education. A California RN license and relevant teaching experience are required.

Competenze

Current and valid RN license issued by the state of California.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Direct patient care experience within the last five years or RN teaching experience in the designated area.

Mansioni

Teach didactic and clinical courses, evaluate students and manage course outcomes.
Design and revise curriculum to meet program learning outcomes.
Lead as Course Lead, mentor adjunct instructors, and oversee clinical instruction and grading.
Maintain gradebooks, submit grades on time, and ensure accurate student records.
Attend department and college governance meetings and participate in scholarly activities.
