Qualifications

• Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Texas (or compact state).
• BSN preferred; ADN/ASN or Diploma in Nursing acceptable.
• Must have and maintain BLS.
• Current unit-specific certifications per ARC/AHA Healthcare Provider program.

Responsibilities

• Manage patients admitted or seen for medical conditions or surgical procedures.
• Provide professional leadership and guidance to the healthcare team.
• Oversee nursing staff under supervision and collaborate with hospital departments.
• Interact with staff, address patient care concerns, and resolve conflicts.
• May work weekends, holidays, evenings, nights, and/or on-call as needed.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence standards at all times.
