Job summary

UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide remote pediatric care for MA residents, coordinating care, triaging calls, and supporting the clinical team. You will deliver RN-guided patient education, manage chronic conditions, and ensure accurate documentation in the EMR.

Responsibilities include performing procedures, ensuring timely follow-up, and contributing to quality improvement while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team in a flexible, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted nursing license in Massachusetts.
• American Heart Association BLS.
• Computer experience: word processing and spreadsheets.
• EMR experience or aptitude to learn EMR systems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-changing environment.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build therapeutic and supportive relationships with patients and families.
• Deliver patient care and follow-up per RN protocols and medication administration.
• Conduct telephone triage and support care coordination.
• Perform clinical procedures and document in the EMR.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentor nursing staff.
