Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires mathematical skills in addition, subtraction, division, multiplication and percentages.
• Bookkeeping skills including reconciling and debit/credit functions.
• Negotiating and communicating skills with good judgement.
• One year experience in a similar environment.
• Previous experience handling money and preparing bookkeeping records is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and register patients under general supervision.
• Enter charges and ICD 10 coding.
• Complete scheduling for services with other healthcare providers.
• Collect payments, reconcile cash drawer and prepare bank deposits.
