Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join the Pediatrics Rehab team on a PRN basis. This role requires at least 16 hours per month, including one weekend day, one holiday, and one support day. The pediatric rehab team serves a 226-bed hospital with a level IV NICU and multiple units.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Virginia Physical Therapist License or PT compact privileges.
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Select evaluations and treatment methods based on diagnosis, age, and status.
• Demonstrate competency with treatment modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Perform re-evaluations and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Prepare and maintain evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
