• Seeking BE/BC Pediatrician with OH License to join a team of 4 physicians in a hospital setting

Responsibilities

• Call 1:5 shared with 4 other physicians
• Inpatient and Outpatient care with Nursery Coverage

Benefits

• Vacation: Accrued at 9.3 hours per pay period (approx. 6 weeks/year), with a maximum of 320 hours in any 12 months
• Sick Leave: 3.70 hours per pay period (96 hours/year)
• Retirement Plans: 403b (matched up to 3%) and 457b (non-qualified deferred compensation)
• Continuing Medical Education: 40 hours annually; unused days do not carry over
• CME/Professional Expenses: Reimbursement up to $3,000 annually
• Malpractice Insurance: Provided by the hospital with coverage of at least $1 million per occurrence and $3 million in total; tail coverage details specified
• Health Insurance: Available to all employees, with optional vision and dental
