Qualifications

• Completion of a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics, with additional fellowship training in Gastroenterology preferred.

Job description

Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology

1. Provides inpatient and outpatient care for children and adolescents with complex medical and surgical conditions.
2. Consists of 10 Physicians, three Advanced Practice Practitioners, ten Registered Nurses, and five Registered Dietitians.
3. Collaborates closely with the Department of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine (over 90 members) and the Division of Adult Gastroenterology and Hepatology (80 members).
4. Supports academic interests through a large outpatient clinical base and commitments to education and research, including the Center for Translational Science Activities and the Rochester Epidemiology Project.
