Job description

Nationally recognized Minnesota hospital is seeking a pediatrician to join a collegial and collaborative team of providers.

Practice Details:

1. Join an established group with 2 other pediatric providers
2. 4-Day, 32-Hour work week with just a 1:10 call schedule
3. See between 16-20 patients per day with autonomy to see as many as you prefer
4. Outpatient practice with optional rounding and the ability to attend deliveries if interested
5. First hospital in Minnesota to be named one of the Top 20 Community Hospitals in the nation by the NRHA

Compensation & Benefits:

1. Salary guarantee in the $290-$310K range plus RVU production, with demonstrated 80th percentile MGMA earnings
