Join our team as a Pediatric Physician in Bemidji, Minnesota, with options for locum or permanent positions. This full-time role offers Monday through Friday hours from 8 am to 5 pm, with no call responsibilities.

Position Details:

• Employed position suitable for new graduates
• Average patients seen: 15-20 per day

Compensation: Starting at $265,000, with increases based on experience and wRVUs. Additional incentives include a $75,000 retention bonus.

The average daily pediatric census is 2.5, with a Level II nursery. We have a strong referral network with NICU/PICU and pediatric subspecialty support. The practice is Monday to Friday with no call duties, providing a balanced work-life environment.
