The ideal candidate will have a PharmD or Bachelor’s degree, PGY1 or PGY2 residency, and preferably bilingual skills in English and Spanish. The position offers a competitive compensation of $131k-$196k and 5 weeks PTO.

Qualifications

• PGY1 or PGY2 residency required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
• Current Texas pharmacist license or license eligible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical and operational activities of the Pharmacy Department.
• Serve as a preceptor for pharmacy residents and College of Pharmacy students.
• Design, manage, measure, and improve the medication management system.
