Job summary

CompleteRx is seeking an Assistant Director of Pharmacy in Corpus Christi, TX, to lead pediatric pharmacy services in partnership with Driscoll Children's Hospital. This leadership role focuses on clinical excellence, policy implementation, and ensuring safe, cost-effective drug therapy across the health system.

The position requires Texas licensure, a PharmD or BS in pharmacy, and experience supervising teams within a pediatric hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or PharmD and Texas license are required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of people management experience is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a pediatric hospital is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist the System Director of Pharmacy in developing and enforcing policies for safe, cost-effective drug therapy.
• Supervise drug storage and preparation areas and ensure formulary alignment.
• Support education for healthcare professionals, patients, and families.
• Help maintain drug supply, procurement specs, and controlled substance control.
