Mercy is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the Mercy Kids Weight & Wellness Program as a Pediatrics Nurse Navigator in Fenton, MO. This full-time role focuses on coordinating care for pediatric patients and their families, guiding them from referral to follow-up, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The Nurse Navigator will improve access to care, support treatment adherence, and foster a positive patient experience within Mercy’s pediatric care philosophy.

Formación

• RN license in the applicable state is required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional nursing care and comprehensive care coordination for pediatric patients.
• Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, testing, and follow-up services.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, wellness goals, and self-care strategies.
• Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment; ensure infection prevention and safety standards.

Educación

CPR Certification
