Mercy Kids Weight & Wellness Program at Mercy Clinic Fenton is seeking a Pediatric RN Navigator to provide patient-focused care coordination and clinical support. You will escort patients, review histories, document in the EHR, assist with procedures, manage medications, and coordinate referrals in a fast-paced pediatric setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Missouri.
• CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in urgent situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Escort patients to examination rooms and prepare them for provider visits.
• Obtain and review medical histories, chief complaints, and vital signs.
• Assess patient condition and document findings in the EHR.
• Assist providers during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications and injections as ordered.
• Coordinate appointments, referrals, testing, and follow-up services.
• Provide education on treatment plans, wellness goals, and resources.
