Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse Fellow to join our Pediatrics Bedside Unit. The role includes a 12-hour night shift (7pm - 7am) and participation in a structured RN Fellowship to achieve educational goals under supervision.

Essential requirements include Virginia RN licensure, a BSN or ADN with BSN within 5 years, and at least 1 year of nursing experience. The program emphasizes hands-on care, patient privacy, and collaborative practice within a multidisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Certification - Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
• Licensure - Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or an active multi-state RN license
• Experience - 1 year of nursing experience
• Education - BSN preferred; ADN must complete BSN within 5 years of start date

• Performs patient assessments to collect basic data under supervision
• Organizes, prioritizes, and delivers patient care using the Nursing Practice Model
• Documents all patient care activities accurately per standards
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds and team meetings
• Attends RN Fellowship learning sessions and completes assignments on time
• May serve as a preceptor after orientation
