Job summary

Intermountain Health in Holladay, UT is seeking a Medical Assistant to support clinicians in delivering quality patient care. The role offers 40 hours/week, with clinic hours from 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday (likely Tue–Fri).

You will assist with patient care, communicate with patients, and collaborate with the care team. Minimum qualifications include a MA program completion or 1+ year MA experience or active RN/LPN license in Utah, BLS certification, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• This position requires completion of a Medical Assistant program OR at least one year MA work experience OR active RN/LPN license in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required before start date.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills with word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to protect privacy and PHI of patients and caregivers.
• Utah-only: MA residency program may be available if MA experience is less than one year.
