Intermountain Health is seeking a Medical Assistant to join our ambulatory pediatrics clinic in Bountiful. The role supports clinicians by gathering patient information, assisting with visits, and communicating with patients by phone and in person.

Ideal candidates will have MA program completion or MA experience, BLS certification, and strong teamwork and privacy skills. The position offers full-time hours, 40 per week, with a generous benefits package and education assistance opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of Medical Assistant program OR at least 1 year MA experience OR active RN/LPN license in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required prior to start date.
• Basic computer skills for word processing and data entry.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to protect patient privacy and PHI.

• Provide patient care under clinician direction and assist the provider with information gathering.
