Qualifications

• Medical Assistant Certification is required.
• Pediatric experience (1 year) is preferred.
• Customer service experience (1 year) is preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology (1 year) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Back Office: greet patients, take vitals/history, prepare for doctor, administer vaccines, assist with procedures, document charts.
• Front Office: answer calls, schedule appointments, check in/out, collect copays, manage charts and provide customer service.
