Medical City Dallas, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Director of Pediatrics to lead pediatric services with a focus on quality, safety and strategy. You will coordinate with nursing, medical leadership and other departments to advance patient care in a high-volume setting.

The role requires a Master’s Degree, Texas RN license, BLS/PALS, and 5+ years of hospital management experience, with a strong emphasis on payroll, budgeting and physician relations.

Formación

• Master’s degree required for leadership role in pediatrics.
• Texas RN license or compact license required.
• BLS and PALS certification required.
• 5 years of hospital management experience including payroll, budgeting, and physician relations.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, delegate, direct and evaluate pediatric services within the hospital.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, medical staff and other departments to improve patient care.
• Develop and implement policies and programs to enhance quality, efficiency and outcomes.
