Medical City Dallas is actively seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coord RN - Supervisor to lead and coordinate high-quality pediatric emergency care. This role entails collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, coaching staff, and ensuring efficient admission and discharge workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, with ACLS, ENPC and PALS certifications, and at least one year of RN experience in a Pediatric ED with Charge RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver patient-centered care in a multidisciplinary pediatric ED setting.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to improve performance and engagement.
