Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Pediatric Gastroenterology and General Surgery in Oklahoma City, OK seeks a day shift, full-time Manager Clinic Operations to oversee clinic operations, budget, and staff. The role partners with physicians and finance to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.

The position reports to the Director and requires strong leadership, finance acumen, and experience managing a multi-provider clinic; supervision includes 25+ staff and student internships.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or health care field with 3 years healthcare management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business or health care field with 4 years healthcare management experience.
• 5 years of healthcare management experience or RN/LPN licensure (eNLC) may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Manages operational, financial, quality and regulatory compliance for a medical group practice of 5+ providers.
• Develops annual clinic budget for all cost centers; prudent fiscal management of the clinic.
• Develops and adheres to annual budget for group practice; efficient financial management.
• Compiles data for profitability analysis and recommends improvements.
• Educates staff on new processes, systems and INTEGRIS Health guidelines.
• Initiates openings for recruitment; interviews and hires for the clinic.
• Evaluates employee performance and determines merit increases.
• Coaches staff and handles corrective actions per policy.
• Manages patient accounts front-line concerns and collaborates with other departments for charges/coding.
• Reviews and approves write-offs and collections assignments.
• Manages staff schedules to meet customer and financial goals; oversees 25+ employees.
• Schedules clinical student internships and rotations.
• Mentors and trains Clinic Business Managers on operational concerns.
• Works with site Medical director to resolve provider-related issues.

Education

Master's degree in business or health care field

Bachelor's degree in business or health care field

5 years healthcare management experience or RN/LPN licensure (eNLC acceptable)
