Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Medical Group Women’s Canadian Valley in Yukon, OK seeks a day shift, full-time Manager Clinic Operations to oversee operational clinic site management, including hiring, supervision, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with Medical Directors to address financial and operational issues and develops the annual clinic budget.

The position manages 25+ staff, leads quality improvement, and ensures patient care quality while coordinating with billing and finance teams.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in business or health care; 3+ years (Master) or 4+ years (Bachelor) healthcare management experience.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.
• Experience with regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, OSHA, CLIA).
• Ability to develop and manage clinic budgets.
• Experience with physician financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational, financial, quality and regulatory compliance for a medical group practice of 5+ providers.
• Develop annual clinic budgets and manage costs.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Coordinate with Medical Directors and physicians on financial and operational issues.
• Collaborate with billing to resolve billing issues.
• Lead departmental meetings and document minutes.
• Ensure patient care and satisfaction; adhere to National Patient Safety Goals.
• Schedule and manage clinical student internships.
• Mentor and train new Clinic Business Managers.
• Report to the assigned Director.
