Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Answer phones and route calls; schedule appointments and manage calendars.
• Greet patients and assist with waiting room coordination.
• Collect demographics and insurance data; verify signatures for registration.
• Prepare exam rooms, assist with procedures and injections, and collect specimens.
• Document patient information in EMR and maintain accurate records.
