Job summary

Unitek Learning seeks a Nursing Faculty member to deliver student-centered education and promote clinical excellence. You will collaborate with instructors, supervise nursing students in theory and clinical settings, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards and program outcomes.

The role emphasizes adult-learning methodologies, ongoing assessment, and timely documentation of student performance. On-site engagement with students and staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, valid RN license in the state.
• Master of Nursing or higher with relevant coursework.
• At least four years of RN experience in direct patient care.
• Clinical teaching experience within last five years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with instructors to prepare, administer, and grade exams.
• Ensure attendance, submit grades, and manage records.
• Assist with instructional assessment and program planning.
• Plan orientation for new faculty in theory and clinical facilities.
• Apply adult-learning teaching principles and improve instruction quality.
• Provide in-person and remote access for student communication.
• Supervise student clinical experiences and coordinate with facilities.
• Submit program reports to the Director in a timely manner.
