Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an outpatient, on-site role in California. The position features a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with zero after-hours call, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities include preventive care, immunizations, acute illness management, and fluency in Spanish to communicate with diverse families. Requires CA license or eligibility, and US medical education from an accredited school.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize EHR for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
