TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their community health team in Sacramento, California. The role involves providing comprehensive pediatric primary care, preventive care, and patient education. Candidates must have a valid California medical license, be board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics, and possess at least 2 years of outpatient experience.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $230,000 to $300,144 annually, along with relocation assistance and CME benefits. Strong preference is given to candidates with community health experience and Spanish bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• Active California medical license is mandatory.

• DEA license is necessary for the position.
• Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience is mandatory.
• Community health or FQHC experience is strongly preferred.
• Epic EMR knowledge is preferred.

Pediatrician – Full-Time Outpatient (Community Health | High Volume | No New Grads)

Schedule

4×10-hour shifts (8am–5pm) or 5×8-hour shifts

Must see 3 patients/hour (20-minute visits)

End-of-day admin time

Phone call coverage required (schedule discussed in interview)

Credentialing: 60–90 days

Full-time preferred (part-time considered)

Compensation

$230,000 – $300,144 annually

Up to $10,000 relocation assistance

Loan repayment: NHSC / SLRP / PSLF eligible

403(b) with 4% employer match (100%)

CME: 5 days + $2,500 stipend
