Tom Trese Networking LLC is seeking a Pediatrician (MD/DO) for an on-site, full-time outpatient role in California. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with no after-hours calls, offering a competitive base salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (Spanish/English) and board-eligible or board-certified in Pediatrics with an active California medical license. You’ll deliver well-child visits, admin immunizations, and family counseling in a diverse setting.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).
• Board Credentials: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Licensure: Active, unrestricted California medical license (or eligible for immediate state licensure).
• Clinical Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to serving diverse, community-based patient populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care, well-child checkups, immunizations, and acute illness management.
• Deliver culturally competent care and communicate fluently with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
• Conduct clinical visits during standard clinic hours without after-hours, weekend, or holiday call duties.
• Collaborate with dedicated medical assistants, care coordinators, and staff to streamline clinic workflows.
• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) for accurate, timely clinical documentation.
• Educate parents and guardians on child development, nutrition, and preventative health strategies.
