Mercor is hiring pediatricians (MD) to review, annotate, and evaluate clinical documentation for AI systems. This remote, part-time role offers flexible scheduling to fit an active pediatric practice.

You will assess AI-generated summaries against the expectations of a pediatrician, provide structured feedback, and help refine annotation guidelines. US-based candidates available for at least 10 hours/week through mid-November.

Qualifications

• MD with pediatrician background.
• US-based availability.
• Minimum 10 hours/week through mid-November.

Responsabilités

• Review pediatric clinical documentation and charts for accuracy, completeness and clinical soundness.
• Evaluate AI-generated summaries against what a practicing pediatrician would expect to see.
• Annotate encounter data against detailed guidelines.
• Flag omissions, hallucinations, inaccuracies, and gaps in AI-generated output.
• Provide structured, written feedback for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions.
• Raise clarifying questions to refine guidelines.
