Responsibilities

• Review pediatric clinical documentation and patient charts for accuracy and completeness
• Annotate clinical data against detailed guidelines and identify omissions, hallucinations, and inaccuracies
• Provide structured written feedback for engineering and product teams to actionable improvements
• Contribute expert input on annotation guidelines and edge-case definitions and raise clarifying questions when guidance is ambiguous
